Simply put, we prefer people who think similar to ourselves. The AVASK team has been nothing but incredible. We have recently been selected for the Amazon PanEU and they took over our accounting as well which were in a mess. They are the best Ecommerce Accountants by far. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Stan and Alex in particular put in a lot of time to explain the program to us and worked on our 14months accounts within 6weeks. Pros - very well versed in Amazon accounting specifics. Credit where it is due..Cons - Terrible customer service, incredibly non-responsive, and as far I am disappointing to say very unhelpful. Not what I expect as a customer and client to have to constantly chase them, and receive no response to my question or queries for days on end...especially at end of Quarter when matters are pressing. Hopefully things will improve in the next fortnight, else I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere. Very disappointing. Incredibly let down by the service I have received to date.
