Paid deposit online for two treatments, website and Google maps has bitterne park salon address, I turn up and it's a building site. Tried to call both numbers online, both invalid. Lovely lady in hair dresser next door gave me a number for Jodie and says im the 2nd person in 30 mins, owners are in Spain and Jodie still does treatments from home. I called Jodie who didn't apologise, just said "I thought I text you my post code, I'll send it over now if you can make it to my house 10 mins away?" I agreed, and 20 mins later still no text with a location. I've messaged asking how I can get my deposit back. Real shame because the quality of treatments looks great in pics online but customer service has been shocking so far.
