Consistently poor. I have been several times and always been dissappointed with the service and quality of some of the products. I did not visit for at least 6 months and thought today I would try it again after hearing it is under new ownership. I wish I had not bothered. The staff on most of my visits, especially today, exhibit extremely poor customer service. The staff member who took my order was rude and made the whole process of placing an order seem like a massive inconvenience. Most of the staff seem too busy chatting to each other to actually serve any customers. Service has been poor every time I have visited. My advice for anyone who is considering a visit: There are many other places that deserve your custom in Southampton. Go somewhere else.
Food was excellent and the staff were polite and welcoming. Asked for a decaffeinated coffee and feel like I got a regular which is the only negative(the coffee was still lovely). It's a really nice environment to be in.
I have visited here a couple of times and it seems to be quite popular. The coffee is very good and the menu although basic has variety. Could do with more lighting as it seems a bit dark and dingy in the winter months. In the summer you can sit out on the terrace which is very nice.
