Awful customer service and deceptive information. They told us that they would start fixing our car's problem at 11 and we went there from Fareham. Told us to wait at a coffee shop nearby and the job would take 1 hour. 1 hour later i was called and told that that they needed another 1 hour and wanted almost two times more than we were quoted. When we went back almost two hours later they hadn't started fixing our car yet and were working on another car instead of ours. They told us that they needed another 1 or 1.5 hour to repair ours. We had to turn back without having our car repaired. Stay away from this garage. Ruined my day
