Attended a hearing versus the notoriously corrupt 'women' of Hampshire Children's Services, and Judge Simmonds was FANTASTIC because he dismissed their lies and gave me a fair hearing. I think Judge Simmonds being a man helped as he didn't care for all this feminist loyalties nonsense that so often prevents justice being served nowadays, so he was fair and just in his decision making. Beware of Dan Mubiru from Uganda the senior social worker at the Children's Services and the childless minions Karen Yoemans and Chloe Thompson, as these people are so bent it is unbelievable. I BEAT YOU BECAUSE YOU ARE LIARS AND BACKED DOWN WHEN YOU KNEW YOU'D BE EXPOSED.Thank you, Judge Simmonds, you made the right decisio n. Use the Child Law Advice charity if you need help. Judge was rude and abrupt to me in my private family law case. I won't mention his name but I was the innocent party trying to protect my daughter from possible sexual abuse. He didn't want to listen to me and basically told me to "shut up". Corrupt, arrogant, unprofessional and sided with the wrong kind of person. Makes you wonder what the judges themselves get up to! Absolute disgrace to the court system.
If RIBA had an award for the most uninspiring building of the centuary then the architect who designed this monumemt to the bland must surely have pride of place on his/her mantelpiece.
Judges in this crown court are nothing more than gamekeepers for the police. These Judges are just mere extensions of the police force, these judges are subservient to police officers in court and will try to help out CPS cases even tho as judges they are SUPPOSED to be impartial and simply make sure trail goes fairly and in the name of law.
A place where feminism ruled unlike the truth, where the male gender has no right to legal aid because of false accusations and the fact in the human rights act tells the male gender you have the right to a fair trial. never happens considering feminist allow legal aid for feminist solicitors and feminist judges to be in just to the male gender. European court of human rights for this place I think.
