You never wish to be in need of services of this sort and for our family it was the first time,We had no idea of how to organise or what was required from us (sadly for us our father didn't leave any plans for his funeral ) When we started searching for a funeral directors we found the opposition didn't come close they seemed to only wanted to take deposits and give quotes after a two minute chat over the phone. Tracey and Simon at the aldermoor branch took us in spent all in all hours with us helping and guiding us through everything step by step from organising to planning nothing was too much to ask where ever possible they dealt with matters that didn't need our input (some of which a very traumatic things you can do without at such a sad and difficult time) there was never any pressure applied from time scale or finacial perspective. I can't speak highly enough of Simon and Tracey's help in dealing with our needs, and the service they provided was faultless.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Simon and Craig waters for a fantastic and highly professional job they had done for my granddad. I would highly recommend them as they are very professional in there job. Nothing was too much to ask for and everything felt like it was being handled by professional people.
