With regards to Mr streets post/reviewThe mixer had a full service including carburettor clean out on 01/06/16.We charged 56.95+vat that included just 40.00 labour.The mixer was returned to us just 2 days later with Mr.street still not happy with the engine running properly.We explained that we had tried cleaning out the carburettor which obviously had not worked.The only suitable answer was to replace the carburettor with no additional labour charged.Mr street was given the option of a genuine carb at 95+vat or a non genuine carb for 59+vat.The non genuine was CHOSEN and fitted on 09/06/16.Over 3 months later the mixer was returned with the oil contaminated ,with dirty air filter and sooty spark plug.Suggesting the carburettor to have failed ( the float had stuck) or mixer had been transported on its back.We changed the oil, spark plug and filter and only charged for the parts which came to 12+vat.Mr.street returned the mixer still not happy with the running of the machine so we replaced the carburettor again at no extra cost to the customer.The mixer has been extensively tested and repaired on the 27/09/16.We have been repairing mixers for over 30 yearsto the construction industry.These are the exact facts 28/09/16
