I will never speak to this company ever again. I made contact regarding life insurance and then started to be bombarded with telephone calls to which I requested that they put their offer via email. Now even after two weeks of advising that I only want a quotation via email I have received two more telephone calls. I have given all the details they require yet they just will not stop. I know with commission driven positions the salesperson is trying to make a living but they have lost any interest I had with dealing with them.
HAVEN'T EVEN PAID ME WHAT IM OWED!!!! knowing they were changing my contract to my detriment over the X mas period, they waited until the day we went back hoping i would have no choice but to stay rather than tell me before we left for xmas break so i could find something else. not a massive issue but says alot about them! knowing I have a young family i would say that's pretty lousy of them!! there isn't an honest bone in their body! i have been on the inside and seen them pushing policies on old ladies that are actually worse off then they are with their current policy!!! best to go direct to insurers as this lot charge alot more on top to make their bit, which is all they care about!!!!
