Terrible service and customer care! Took my Rolex gmt to get a full service and to have a link removed, after it returned from Rolex they tried to remove the link? 2 hours later the lady said she had the link pin stuck half out and couldnt remove the link so it needs to be sent away again. 3 weeks later also driving back to Southampton twice after being told it was ready it wasnt even back from the head office? many calls and emails later I finally got the watch back and I was assured the link pins had been checked? Yesterday the pin fell out and my watch was damaged!! I called to speak to the manager and surprise surprise they couldnt be bothered to call me back! If you want to buy a nice time piece do not use this dealer ship. The customer service is terrible!!I definitely wont be Buying any jewellery from them in the future.

I am interested to see that this store either scores very high points or very low ones and very little in the middle which is strange. I have used Laings formerly Parkhouse and Wyatt for about 20 years and although the staff have changed as you would expect I find the new staff as helpful as the original staff were. My experience was excellent from start to finish and I found Miriam and Stuart both very helpful. Importantly this Jeweler chooses its own pieces which means that you are much more likely to find something unique and interesting.
Got turned away for wearing a back to front baseball cap. Was currently carrying over 1ks worth of gifts from the Apple shop, a 3k tag watch and a 2k gold chain. My wife and I felt very humiliated. In my 40s and felt unfairly judged and stereotyped.We were finally Christmas shopping for ourselves, having finished everyone elses.The staff you hire reflect your brand and your store, I feel they should have better customer service training. No Rolex for me today or ever from that shop!!
