Exceptional service at a very good price. Nice and welcoming staff - a highly prized find,in a highly prized place! The building where the laundry stands is an authentic monument one of the oldest in Southampton and it used to be a Hotel 100 years ago! Olympia passengers used to stay a couple of nights before departing with it, also some Titanic passengers had an overnight stay in the marvelous building where the laundry stands now.The building is transformed in luxury apartments currently!

Terrible customer service. The owner working during the week has been nice to me only the first time. Got almost all my clothes shrinked from size 10 to size 6. Silk dresses ruined completely and price for a bag changed randomly. Not happy at all, such a waste of money.
The people in this business a really rude and unfriendly, the service is aweful. Bring your money somewhere else!!!
