Called Bassett Lock and Key at 5pm on Tuesday 29th January on behalf of my tenant. Simon arranged to meet me at my tenants the following morning at 9 a.m. He arrived spot on as arranged. He immediately inspected the broken lock and replaced the lock and the mechanism, handles, etc. He had all the bits with him, in his van, so no delay with the repair. I now have a virtually a brand new door, which is now more secure and safe for my tenant. She was over the moon with me for getting someone to fix and secure their home so very quick, I was over the moon Simon solved, what could have been a very tricky situation rapidly. It's the second time I've used Simon the locks smith . I couldn't praise him more if only other tradesman were as good . He's just fitted locks on interior doors and he was on time , tidy , plus the cost was very good . I will be a customer for a long time..
