Poor at best. Order here if you want to pay for food to go to someone else. Multiple pizzas have been order and poorly delivered from here (have finally learned not to order from here.) Drivers unable to read door numbers, delivering food to the wrong house on the right street still charging money for the delivery. Customer service is poor, phoning the store to chat about the delivery nothing but rude staff unable to chat politely. Won't be ordering from here again, glad there's another dominoes store in Southampton.

Purchased 2 Pizza's using the Two on Tuesdays for 18. And when making the order the Cook made a slight mistake and prepared one of the pizzas incorrectly. When phoning the store to let them know what happened the gentleman on the phone (without me even asking to) offered to switch it for a new one and that the one prepared incorrectly by them could be kept by us as way of apology. replacement pizza arrived in great time and will definitely eat here again!Thanks guys!

Over an hour late, DOM the tracker said it'd been delivered for half an hour, a phone call with 5 minutes on hold and they say they can remake the order - without a refund or any 'freebies'. Far inferior to Domino's Pizza experiences before, myself having previously worked at a domino's store. In our staff training, we were taught that if a customer had a valid complaint that we should 'wow' them with rewards and free stuff. If a pizza never arrived and we had to remake the order, we would ALWAYS refund the customer in full and send another out to them. Poor going from my now-local store - I know for sure Pizza Hut have much better deals, too!
ordered a pizza and garlic pizza bread when the food was finally delivered the pizza bread was missing so i called up the store and was told that the missing food and complimentary cookies for my trouble would be sent out 'immediately' two hours later and no food i decided to give up and go to bed, i called the next morning and explained everything to a rude employee and i was offered 10 off of my next order (like i would order there again) and no replacement food or anything to help fix this situation. I will be taking my business elsewhere in future.
