If the food is very poor Hungry house will say, oh well, not our problem its yours. Getting a refund or anything like it, forget it. Customer service bad !
I thought the pizza was bad but their customer service beat the pizza 100 times over!! The could not care less about your satisfaction, you got poor food though luck try again later...! Go and learn a thing or two from Deliveroo or UberEats chaps.

Not only were they late (took over an hour after order to arrive) but they also got our order wrong and the delivery man was exceptionally rude.
