Nice enough as cinemas go... Reasonably comfortable seating and plenty of space to park. Food and drink is extortionate though and be careful to put your car reg into the parking consoles or you'll get an expensive ticket. I find the lobby quite noisy, bright and unpleasant so only tend to go here with my kids.
It's OK but not as good as Showcase Southampton which has nicer seats and better sound. Odeon does have free parking for customers and there lots of food and screens so lots of choice. Seats are standard and fairly comfy but not much leg room.
Hannah really looked after my mother who has disability & uses a walking frame. She was very understanding and helped us find the perfect place to sit with a walking frame. The staff are always very accomodating.We have a unlimited pases as its very good and reasonably priced food & drinks. Great seats, facilities and mostly always quiet so never have to book in advance for a decent seat
The seats were comfortable enough, the cup holders fit my water bottle and for both movies we went to see it was a decent view of the screen. Can't comment on ticket price as I got my tickets through promotions but the lobby food is as expected overpriced so I avoided it. Pre-Movie adverts and trailers dragged on a bit too long for both showings but that's Common nowadays. A perfectly adequate cinema but nothing really stand out.
Really good place to see a film. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The films are clear and good quality and the sound is something else. I went to see Venom, and recommend sitting in the middle in one of the first three rows of the posh seats, best view and sound. Its not over priced, you can get a ticket and have money for popcorn. Be aware that if you buy a ticket on the day, you need a credit / debit card. Overall a good day out for film fans.
