Awful bar staff, often students who are not fully trained. Being served can take any amount of time. Gets some good guests in, most notably Snoop Dogg a couple of years ago. Really impressive light and sound system
Did vip with booth for a surprise night for my wife, Jess was very helpful and got it all organised for me. Just turnt up and got escorted to our booth which looked down on to the floor. Perfect. Our hostess came with our drinks and looked after us as well as the bouncers who did a great job Can't wait to go again and be spoilt. Worth the money.
Awfull staff the bouncers are wannabe police that like to throw their weight around. Avoid this place, there are plenty better nights out.
Something off about this place! Refuse entry to my son, even though he showed a home office citizen card recognized widely by the SIA, and even has the logo on the card, door operators would have known this, unless they are illegally working on the premises. Not qualified and unlicensed. Anyone who is refused for no good reason, has the right to the SIA number of the person working the door, heard this place has a reputation for treating their customers unfairly.
Kicked us out of a booth we paid 130 for just because they wanted to. Advertised 3 floors of fun, only one floor was open. Manager grabbed hold of our friend for rolling his eyes and physically kicked him out. Don't waste your money
