Went in too get some filter stuff for our new fish tank today and not knowing what to get or do I spoke to Jake,He had so much knowledge and advice to help me get this tank up and running, Thank you Jake and keep up the great customer service.
I am giving 3 stars because the staff are lovely and the animals/fish are very well looked after and stock is great.. Negative 2 stars because even though their store on Google shows marine fish a plenty, and a clownfish picture on their store entranceway, they do not stock any marine fish :( me and my family travelled from the isle of wight to visit and possibly purchase a marine fish or two, but were severely disappointed to find out they have no saltwater fish despite the photos here.. A massive shame for such a lovely little shop..
This shop is great, although they do not stock marine fish all the other tanks are clean and happy. Selection of equipment and parts is great. If you cant find the part closer to home these guys always have it!
Knowledgeable friendly staff. Good deals on tank set up. Quality, healthy livestock. A good range of products. No longer selling marine fish, or corals.
UPDATE Oct 18... there are now 2 lovely people able to help with the fish. Got great service the other day. Put stars up from 1 to 4.Original review....The female shop workers are very helpful and friendly but yet again I can't get served by the male staff who look after the fish. I asked for help and he said he'd be with me. I stood in front of him waiting but then someone else asked for help and he walked away with them. This is the fourth time this kind of thing has happened. There is one man who is excellent. I think his name is Jake but if he's not there i can't get served. I admit it reduced me to tears this time and i left. I'm half way through a water change in my fish tank and can't put the filter back in without the correct water treatment which is why i went there.
