Was referred via my employer and found the service they provided to be excellent. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and all my appointments were exactly what I needed to recover from my injury. Everything was explained very clearly.
Anna at Jonathan Clark Physiotherapy has been treating me over the past few months and she's been great. Since starting my treatments my pain has dramatically reduced. Anna was very friendly, chatty and informative, providing me with all the knowledge I needed to keep my back pain free going forward. The team are very friendly and the Oxford street location is easy to get to. I would highly recommend and will return if I ever need to in the future.
I recently had a course of physio with Andy here at Jonathan Clark, and I was really pleased with both the treatment I received and the outcome of the treatment. He really took the time to understand the symptoms and what was triggering the pain in my daily routine. His clear guidance and exercise plan helped me resolve the underlying problems and significantly reduced the pain I had been experiencing.
Me and my daughters was referred to Jonathan Clark Physiotherapy, by my car insurance after an accident. From start to finish, we was made to feel very welcome. The reception staff are lovely and friendly. The practise its self is welcoming,clean, easy to find and plenty of parking. When your next appointment was made, they would write it down for you and send a reminder to your phone or email. We was looked after by Mr Andrew Horton who was absolutely brilliant. He made us all feel very at easy, talked us threw every step of treatment with great advice. Me and my two daughters are on are way to full recovery and couldnt of asked for someone better to give us the treatment. Very please with the service we received and would fully recommend to others. Thank you for all your help Andrew and the team at Jonathan Clark :)
Very friendly and welcoming reception area and staff. Great location with plenty of (pay to park) spaces outside.Carolina has been my physio, and shes knowledgeable and friendly. Shes given me home exercises to do which have helped immensely. She is always professional and helpful, and loves a natter!All in all, its been a pleasure to use this place and Ill miss it, but thank you for your help!
