Inspector Barker told me that he believed I had been assaulted but due to funding there was nothing the police could do about it. Inspector Barker tricked me into signing local resolution forms by saying "Sign these just to say we had this discussion" , I should have checked the forms but I was really upset and didn't think police trick people like this. They always protect there own. Never prosecute there own unless it is too public and they have no choice. There officers have been known to dabble in drugs and other crimes even sexual ones yet they get no prosecution as they dont investigate or prosecute there own.
