The worst company i have ever seen. They make out its a good company but behind the scenes its bad its very bad. They will take your money for the move and then when they break something you ring up and they just ignore you. Please Please do not use this company for your own good choose one of the more expensive company's you will save money in the end guaranteed

VERY disappointed with this company who have added even more stress to a difficult move for my elderly parents. They did not protect their brand new sofa, even though this was brought to the packers attention. After storage it was delivered to the new property with a rip. A repair was processed (causing inconvenience). Unfortunately the repair was botched by just stitching, rather than being professionally re-upholstered as promised. I was given the owner's name as Peter Williams to contact by email to express my dissatisfaction and agree a resolution. No surprise (as I have now seen on previous reviews), that after three requests and two weeks to even acknowledge that he has received my email, he does not even have the courtesy to do this. So it seems the only way to get any sort of response is to do a public review. What a way to run a company! Avoid at all cost.
Quoted 550 on their website but when they came round for an inspection this went up to 700. We only have a two bed house. Despite being more expensive than others, we decided to proceed as it was getting close to our move date. They wouldn't take a deposit from us until we had exchanged (despite us pleading as we wanted to secure) but assured us they would keep the date in the diary. My husband has kept in contact with them over the past few weeks and has just called up to confirm our date (1 week tomorrow) and they have given our slot away, without informing us! We are now left trying to find another removal company who have Friday availability with one weeks notice!!
Fantastic service through packing and the move itself. Polite, efficient and took all that stress off our shoulders!
