Such a warm friendly welcome to myself my son and my dog. Vets are so caring and friendly even putting my dog at ease. Always happy to recommend the vet.
I sadly took my sisters 19 year old cat (because she was too upset to) to The Vet as she needed to be euthanised. I and Minnie Mouse were treated with respect, dignity and kindness. I noticed when leaving that a candle had been lit in reception which was a lovely touch. On visiting my sister today I noticed that shes been sent a sympathy card from the team with a pawprint of Minnie Mouse for her to have as a keepsake. This made a sad and upsetting experience a little more bearable.
A super vets.. interested and compassionate..that applies to everyone I have met over the past year where my dogs have had surgery several times, and general care. I can't thank them enough for the trust I have with them all.
Absolutely remarkable practice. I just walked in on a Sunday morning with an 8 week old pup with unknown history. Both the receptionist and the vet (that we saw just 1 hour later) were fabulous. I should say at this point that I don't even live in Southampton, I'm just here on extended vacation. I wish the practices where I live were this easy to access.
Working away from home, I couldn't go to my local vet 60 miles away so found The Vet on-line. I saw a vet within 2 hours of my call. The staff were just great and the medication my dog received has improved her condition amazingly within 24hours. Highly recommended!
