Very bad customer service. Rude and arrogant lady. Decent food but just because off the customer service I wouldn't recommend and won't be back
Lovely place the bread is mouth watering and the chocolate brownie is out of this world.
Used to love this place but the last time I went there I was threatened by a group of nasty mothers. Shouting and swearing in front of their kids is pretty regular which just brings the whole place down.
Thought the instore entertainment was pretty realistic with myself being picked in the show, must have been about stabbings because I got threatened multiple times, the place seems decent, just the location and customers not so much! Would only recommend if the the riot police are on standby!
Wonderful range of cakes and pastries, which are all a delicious treat! There is also lots of options for lunch - whether it be a sandwich, a bap, a toastie or a brilliant salad bowl there is a range of fillings to choose from. If that doesnt take your fancy you might be tempted by a sausage roll, samosa or something similar! Brilliant service, and good value for money. Would recommend!
