Been here multiple of times always had good customer service and yummy cake. will be back !!!
I had cakes from the Cake box in London, the chocolate & cream tasted fresh, pure & rich but the cake I bought in Southampton had too much sugar added to the fresh cream & they used highly sugared chocolate on the sides of almost all their cakes, that looked & tasted like the cheap sprinkles you get on ice creams. I'm disappointed that the quality of ingredients has become so poor. At 20 for the 8' cake, I thought it was overpriced, for something not so special. The sponges are light & eggless but other than that it wasn't good at all (unless you like poor quality chocolates, sugary fresh cream & very sugary sponge cakes).
The cakes are tasty and customised cakes (like photo cake ) are as photos given.
Delicious cake like homemade. I always buy birthday cake from here and everyone like the taste.
A huge thank you for an amazing cake that everyone enjoyed. It was light and fluffy and we all really enjoyed. I had so many compliments on a cake well done. This was my daughter's 21st birthday cake and she absolutely loved it.
