Not as interesting as it used to be, quite rough at times, downstairs in particular. It's is still the best late g bar in town, but not trying very hard anymore. Has regrettably lost its age range, gay and TV customers due to the more aggressive none lbgt customers it tends to now attract. It needs to know why it exists and be confident in defining it's differences.
Had a splendid time here when we went - great atmosphere and reasonably priced drinks. The karaoke night was definitely one to remember!
This place makes everyone feel like they belong. Drinks are fairly priced during the week while Wednesday drinks are only 1.50! Friendly staff and one of the safest venues to go out to.
Nice place and cheap drinks but I think security staff should be trained a bit more about customer service. First my friend was kicked out just because he was a bit sleepy. Ive seen people worse and there. Never mind. I dont think we will be back there. Better places around if you can drive.
Great venue! Good music and friendly staff! Open till late! YOU MUST BRING ID. Its for the safety of everyone and a good thing that they do it because if there is trouble the person can be located and restricted to other bars. Don't expect entry to the majority of venues these days without ID. Nothing to do with age, it's for the safety of everyone!
