Appalling serviceI had some parcel delivered here, which have arrived for collecting. I checked with dpd to make sure it was okay for partner to collect the parcels, as I had surgery yesterday and physically cannot leave the house. He took everything with the dpd said to (my Id, parcel codes, proof we live togther etc) and yet was still refused the parcels because we dont share a surname. This is ynot a dpd requirement in any way shape or form, and the shop keeper even said its my policy. These parcels contain medical stuff I really need so am now going through Dpd complaint department regarding this store as they are not following dpd procedure.
