Took me 5 attemps 3 (mile drive there) to actually get a refund!! Vape leaked on the way home after purchase, didn't even make it home and had to return to the shop, then another 4 times in 3 weeks - finally agreed that it was faulty after try this try that and manager trying to tell me I wasn't entitled to a refund - shambles and def won't use again!
These guys are legends. Every single one of them. Every time I go in I am greeted with a cheery Hello bud, what can I do for you which is awesome. And Ive been going there for years. They give excellent advice for all my tech problems and Ive never walked away thinking that it was a waste of time asking their opinion. Their prices (admittedly) can sometimes feel a bit steep to me (as I had a part time job) but their quality of service is undoubtedly excellent and Ive never had a problem except once which they were very quick to resolve with a sincere apology. I never need another techy when they are around.
