Visited to the store to purchase two new beds. Both colleagues we dealt with Trevor and Martin were very knowledgable and helpful even when they were in the store way after closing due to my decisiveness!! Nothing was too much trouble and the order and delivery details etc were all fully explained. Great service. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

I purchased a glass picture in store in Southampton and was quoted 9 to have it delivered. The sales rep assured me that was the price. I checked this when I got home (exactly the same product) and the price online was 5. I think thats a bit underhand. I know its only 4 difference but it makes me wonder why I was quoted 9? My advice would be always check online for prices before purchasing instore.
I phoned an order through. The salesman, Kim, was helpful and made the order process easy. He was knowledgeable about the bed I was purchasing and also selected a headboard for me.
Made several purchases from the store, great service and friendly advice. Never pushy or trying to up- sell as with some stores! Great follow up after purchase made as order is updated through to delivery and even that is painless, totally recommend.
