It happens that I prefer to go clubbing with just a hoodie so I don't have to pay to leave my coat. And I guess you have noticed that many other ppl do and just want to make unethical profit from that. You made up the excuse that if it has a hoodie they can choke me, even if I have it tied up in my chest or my waist (wth). And when I ask for a deeper explanation I get no reply, trying to avoid saying what is truly happening you just want to make more money from us. Moreover, half of the staff had no sensible answer to give me when I asked for a reason. -bad customer service Finally.Just to keep it in mind, I've been told (by a member of the staff) that Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays they won't let you in with a hoodie, obviously just to make you pay more. The rest of the days do whatever you prefer. ;)
The welfare team get 5 stars because they are the best people there making the club feel safe. Weronika in particular, she took care of my partner in the medical room allowing her to contact me making us able to get home safe I cannot thank her enough, give her a raise!Edit: Again the welfare team have done well. Weronika and her team allowed for my drunk friend to be taken care of. Providing my friend with sick buckets and ensuring she was sobering up. Give them a raide!
Outrageous that my friend wasn't let in to a private ticketed event that was 10 a person for supposedly being too drunk when she took a minute to find her ticket. They refused to let her in after going for some water and food and were generally obnoxious. Go somewhere fun like switch instead...
Best place for enjoy music and dancing with your friends. They play many kind of music. But still high price for drinking and ticket espeacially in event. And also far away from city center.
I went with a group of 9 people for a friends birthday at the back of the queue and was told to wait for 30 minuets for 'being too drunk' I was honest about how much I drunk which was little, and wasn't drunk. I stood there and waited politely, to when i asked if I was able to go in yet I was spoken to rudely with out letting me talk to the female manger refused entry. I understand there are rules that need to be followed, but being spoken to like that and picked out for no reason was be belittling and not professional and ruined a night that I had travelled up for.
