Stairwells smell like a toilet.
I can see some improvements in the waining of ever present begging for money street people however its easy to run over one sleeping in a parking bay and I wouldn't recommend using the stairs it's not dog poo you got to worry about there!
Good car park lots of spaces and well maintained.
On the plus side, it's big, well-lit and very good value. Its handy for West Quay and the 'old city centre'. Also close enough to walk to the railway station - and much cheaper than parking there.On the negative side - it has been increasingly adopted by the homeless as an unofficial dormitory. Today, two of these unfortunate people had pitched a tent right in front of the pay-machines and were begging aggressively and noisily, clearly frightening several frail and elderly car-parking customers. It's also been adopted by various idiots as an unofficial lavatory. The stairwells constantly reek of urine, so leaving and re-entering on foot is a disgusting experience. Pay machines situated both at lower street level and at upper Asda level.
