Poor car park total ripoff. Needed a receipt to claim back my parking, machine didnt give me one. Asked the attendant to help me sort it out he said no and shut the door in my face!
Good big car park . We paid 5 pound for all day parking .
Livid. 10. TEN POUNDS. For just over 2 hours. Went here by accident, was meaning to go westquay carpark instead which is meant to be 2 for the whole night. If you're anything like me, you didn't read reviews until it was too late & were stuck here, too, but if you have read a review first, I implore you not to park here! Absolute disgrace. The owners should feel ashamed they're ripping people off like this.
Absolute RIP OFF!! Only reason I parked here is because West Quay was full!! 10 for a few hours and nowhere did I see that it would be that much , must have been very very small fine print , next time I will wait for west quay parking to open up at a much more reasonable rate of 5 for the day with nicer parking bays and much cleaner too . Rip off is what NCP Portland Terrace are!! Only reason youre getting one star is because I have to so I can write a review
