Fantastic service, from the moment we phoned to seeing the doctor
Fantastic opening times, open early until late on Satirdays AND Sundays, friendly staff....what more do you need, folks?! The senior pharmacist even saved me nearly 5 yesterday by suggesting I used generic brands of painkiller and mouthwash, instead of the more expensive 'labeled' brands. The ingredients on the products I purchased were literally exactly the same as the branded goods! There is plenty of free parking too. I have seen some negative reviews here, which surprises me a little. I have neve experienced the staff being rude or unhelpful. I suppose it's like anything in life...if you are rude to the staff in the pharmacy, then they may bite back a little. I would. So show them some respect and a little patience, and they will treat you very well and professionally.
Service isnt as professional and for physio referrals its a very hard and far place to get to plus public transport is poorly. 1and half hour journey to just get there absolutely ridiculous. They should atleast do physio and biomechanics referrals elsewhere as everyone dont drive! Its very poorly service too they discharge you without acknowledgement. Patient suffer just because this place is situated so far away. Not many people can make it there.

Amazing staff. Made to feel welcome from the start. Went to the podiatry dept and was told all options clearly and they made me feel so comfortable and aware of everything they were doing. Thank you to all concerned
