Efficient, helpful and stock items unavailable elsewhere

Unhelpful and very rude staff. Witheld information regarding the minor ailments scheme. Waited 20 minutes just to be told no stock. Previously denied my children's entitlement to minor ailments scheme and wouldn't give both medicines. Pharmacy round the corner had no problems with it and were very explanatory unlike Mr sangah.
