Can't fault them, bloke who visited twice for two separate issues was great and came across very courteous. Also seems like a bit of a laugh. Spoke to a lady on the phone today, simply just for advice and ended up speaking to her for about 20 minutes. Very informative and went out of her way to help me over the phone, something a lot of people wouldn't have done. Would definitely recommend.

I am very pleased with the service Brennan has provided. I have a brand new efficient, slender, boiler. The team advised me throughout the process and I couldn't be happier with the end result. They are a very friendly, professional, considerate company and I would definitely recommend them.
I've been using Brennan's consistently for about 10 years now. They have installed 2 boilers for me and serviced my boiler each year. Their friendly customer care is second to none and on one occasion when I accidentally drilled through a gas pipe (!) on a Sunday they came out straight away to fix the problem! I have had plumbing work done and work on my boiler done, both sets of engineers manged my expectations and were transparent with their plan of action.I allowed them into my home, after booking the job with the helpful ladies in the office, and the engineers arrived, smartly dressed and were thoughtful enough to put down carpet protector. they talked me through every stage and i even gave them a key to return to complete the job in my absence.I highly recommend them to all who ask.
