my advise would be stay away if you can! there are loads better plumbing companies in southampton. when I first time phoned them the lady on the other end promised to send plumer to fix some stuff in my bathroom on a specific day and time . few days after our phone conversation the same lady phoned me again to ask am I sure that I still want plumer to come on that day. I was sure about that and once that day and time came he just didn't show up and company didn't pick up the phone. the very next day I was trying to call them again - no answer and no call from them later on. I was in schock - as an owner of bussiness I would never ever do that to my customers because it's just disrespectful. Was it big deal to pick up the phone and apologize? I really hope that someone is gonna waist this "lovely" company time in a same way as they waisted mine.
Greg was recommended by Wayne from Harraps. I called him to fault diagnose a faulty Gas Hob. He turned up promptly, knew his stuff and was pleasant and thoughtful. Big thumbs up.
