Returned a pair of shoes after 6 months of use (developed a leak).The sales assistant exchanged them for a new pair, no quibble. Friendly and efficient staff, great customer service. Highly recommended+++

We first walked in the staff was very friendly and helpful found a pair of sandals in the sale instantly fell in love the ladies complemented me with them I was sold! Got to the till and the price on them was wrong it said 36 but coming up at 56 ... working in retail it doesn't matter if it's wrong you have to sell at the price on that item but immediately the lady serving me turned rude and said I won't sell them at that price ripped out the stickers and said do you want them still or not as much as I did her attitude was disgusting so I left!! Although I shouldn't have I did go back and but them and another lady served me who was so lovely! (ELAINE) maybe staff should be aware of the rules in retail!
