Tried to call the store, forces you into an automated service on products which consistently got things wrong, only to direct you to a call centre and not the store. Visit in person if you need to check stock.

Tried to buy a game as a present. Had to try several different titles before finally giving up. Each time they tried to give me a display case that was open with the disk removed. I explained after the first that as it's a present I'd prefer a sealed copy, not one that has been scratched and torn by being on a shelf, but each time the staff seemed to completely ignore this. While waiting for a staff member to find one of the games, another member of staff managed to barge me in the back to get past me, apparently asking someone to move is too difficult. Tried a final game, only to have them try to charge 10 more than the price on their site. Left empty handed. I like to support the high street over Amazon where possible, but when a store is scalping their own online prices and giving you terrible service for your troubles, I'm not going to bother.EDIT: Also bought a Switch screen protector which was faulty, causing an air bubble. Had to take it back after leaving this review. The cashier took one look and, without any further testing told me it was not faulty, essentially calling me liar, and told me I could not have a refund, but she would be kind enough to exchange it out of good will. Do not appreciate being talked down to, accused of lying and being denied a refund on a faulty, poorly designed item. Avoid this store, and this company, at all costs. It's places like this that make other retail stores look bad, both in their staff and their policies.
I wanted to give a shout out to a specific member of staff at this store, she was super helpful, respectful, and so wonderful with everything I needed. She was called Laura, and she helped me find a D.va Christmas jumper. She checked absolutely everywhere for it, and we eventually deemed it out of stock, so she found me another place I could get one. It's just really great to visit a store with such helpful members of staff, especially at this time of year because its all so damn busy. So thank you Laura, I hope you have a lovely Christmas :)
