Fantastic service at M M Music. I took my daughter's guitar in to see if they could replace a screw that had come out and they swiftly fixed the problem..... Free of charge! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, highly recommend.
Excellent local music store with a good range in stock. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Cant be easy to help a drummer to buy guitar strings.

Big thanks to Jamie and MM Music for coming to the rescue yet again.Customer service right on point!My acoustic guitar which I needed for a gig this weekend, had a pick up problem.3 other music shops a bit closer to where I live outside of Southampton couldn't suss the issue and all said words to the affect of "hmm oh dear... it's gonna have to go to yamaha!However, Jamie sorted it within 15 minutes.Part of me was hoping I had an excuse to buy a new one, as there are some beauties in there....
