Would never use this place on principal due to their despicable endorsement of a CCTV based parking firm which could land you a 100 demand for simply entering their car park mistakenly (which is situated between two completely different establishments, and not as clearly signed as it should be) any time, any day of the year. Other people have said how they are unable to actually do anything (aside from offering sympathy, genuine or not) to remove charges but if they had any conscience, they would pay out for their own signage to avoid having people fall into the same "trap".
I'm sure it's ok as a pet shop but I parked there for 5 mins and am now being chased for a massive parking fine...surprised V4P employ these tactics. Not friendly!
Very friendly staff, who clearly like animals. They offer good value "lifetime care" package for various animals ( rabbits,cats, & dogs. Possibly others too). Where for an upfront fee, any subsequent treatment -usually annual vaccines is free for life. (We took out one for our dog - it pays for itself after the third year). Consultation prices are about the same as other vets. Treatments can be a little pricey. There is allocated free parking , but it's operated by an external parking company so you must make sure to log your registration in reception to avoid getting a nasty fine in the post.
Lovely vets and staff. Very willing to help. Clean,tidy. Though parking is available if you park without validating your numberplate you will be find 100.
Great service here today for my kittens' first flea and worm preventative after being rescued. 10.99 each for a quick health check, flea and worm is an affordable price.Especially considering the flea treatment they use costs 7 retail alone!
