Just visited 2 Feb 2019 at 1800, Sadly very disappointed, the clues were very random, the Cyantist had to tell us where to look. Nothing seemed to flow. Not really like the Crystal Maze as we know it. It was sold to us as being 1.5 hours, we had left by 1 hr 10 mins. Not really value for money at 68 for 4 people. Room is very tatty and tacky. It was basically someones front room! No real adventure! Wouldnt not recommend this to anyone.
Pretty poor experience. Not well thought of and some of bits don't work properly or were broken. No proper escape room atmosphere at all and even at the discounted rate we got, it wasn't really worth the money. We ordered one in a different city only to be told that they couldn't make it, because some of their stuff were of sick. Which on it's own wouldn't be a problem, but we got promised a discount because of this and it turned out that I had to argue for the discount to be actually applied as promised. Quite poor communication and in the end it was a bit frustrating.

Terrible. Wouldn't recommend. Not an escape room, more like a ridiculous riddle room. Didn't follow a plot, once you opened the first cupboard there were about 3 or 4 different things that made no sense, and the guy kept coming in having to explain the answers and telling us not to touch things because they weren't relevant. Don't waste your money here.
It was a challenging room but not in the sense of usual escape rooms. Felt as though some students had just created the room one day with marker pens and a bit of DIY. Most of the puzzles were from the internet. There was no real theme. We were given an order to do each puzzle in, but in the end it didn't matter how you did it.
