After approaching two of your staff, both blonde ladies one also being an assistant manager, I find your staff and your business as a whole utterly disgraceful. I visited the shop wanting to discuss a quite serious matter involving a vulnerable customer, the way in which me and my partner were spoken to was shocking. At one point I even got told that they do not have time to deal with customers like myself as they had 101 things to do before closing. And this is how your assistant manager thinks it appropriate to handle a serious matter involving a customer. Disgusting. Whilst I could go on plenty about the horrific conversation that was held, your staff broke a number of laws in the small amount of time I was there. Not once did we get asked for ID, your staff didn't have name badges nor the 25 badges which are actually compulsory. And one of these women is an assistant manager. They also gave out confidential information about a customer, whereas I could have been anyone. The way they spoke and handled themselves was outrageous and I find it really quite sickening that this is what is representing your organisation. In my opinion both women should not even have a job, let alone such a high position. And then to be told I would not be able to contact anyone else, nor given any number or information higher to discuss this issue at hand, I'm just in shock. Utterly disgraceful and I will now do everything in my power to expose this shop and these people for the vile actions and behaviour that they hold.
A lot of the people in this shop are vulnerable, the shop is aware of these disabilities and doesnt follow the Vunerable People Section on GamCare. When approached about this the staff were rude and disclosed information on customers, also stated that its not there business if anyone is vulnerable. It took members of staff 15 minutes to see if they were even under the GamCare rules after originally they said they were not. Whereas after going to other Slot Machine locations in the area they were very educated in the laws and regulations of gambling and would not allow vulnerable people to gamble and was frustrated at Richmond Leisure
