So much fun. I've done both of the Southampton rooms with friends, and we've really enjoyed both rooms. They are challenging but possible. The staff have always been friendly, fun and really help set the scene and get you in the mood for the rooms
I played the Extinct room with four friends and finished it with just under five minutes to spare! The room was incredibly well designed and executed. To begin with, Jonathan spun us a story about the mission and then set us onto the task! Then Sarah ran our game giving us just the right number of clues. Afterwards, we were given a substantial debrief about how we performed.Overall, a really good, personal experience with the staff coupled with a brilliant escape room. Would recommend!
A fantastic way to spend an hour with the family. Everyone had a great time and made all the better by warm and friendly staff right from entering the venue to escaping the room with 1.5 mins. Without a few clues we'd have been stuck but the clues kept things moving without the need to pull out too much hair. 27.01.19 update - another fantastic family outing this time at Houdini's newest escape room Extinct. What a brilliant time out spent in this amazing place. A great way to spend a few hours and the atmosphere and decor were totally appropriate for the occasion. You even get complimentary coffee. Very good value for money and with a lot of teamwork it is possible to escape - we did. We all enjoyed it so much we will definitely go back.
Fabulous visit today for my first escape room experience! Tricky but fun, and certainly worth a visit! The staff were fab and the session was great value for money! Friends who were with me have been to several other experiences between them and said this was a really great one to do!
