Purchased a bike yesterday was served by Jose was very disappointed with the lack of information he gave me about product. Mentioned there was a new model out back but didn't seem interested in showing me. When I said about returning for 3 month check he basically replied only if you want to hope I have made right choice buying from there.On a plus side good selection of various items in store
Excellent customer services and good prices. My bike's weels were flat and needed to be upgraded. A kind Spanish staff, Jose Maria, is a expert in bike reparation and helped me to upgrade my bike' weels and other equipment. I was surprise with the quality of the well, my bike goes faster! and with the price which is affordable. Also a French staff has been very kind helping to put air on my bike weels every time that I needed it.
I get my rackets restrung here regularly and the price and service is generally excellent. In particular Kinga in the tennis department has gone above and beyond on numerous ocassions.
ABSOLUTE DISASTER!! ordered new paddleboard yesterday. order all confirmed. planning to take this afternoon off to collect it and THEN received an e mail confirming I had cancelled my order ( I HAD DONE NO SUCH THING!!) spent last hour trying to ring them but all operators busy . Decathlon keeps hanging up on me at end of automated message. Not impressed!
I took my 6 year old to measure for a bike, and the guy we approached was dismissive - too eager to go home even though it was still ten minutes to close. Measuring on a chart and answering a few questions would have been doable. Complaining to the manager was not fruitful. In the words of my daughter - lets shop where people are nice. Please review your customer service.
