Really friendly team, with good knowledge, helpful approach and advice on what does and also importantly what does NOT need doing. Easy online way to book your bike in for service or repair. Would recommend.
I booked to take my bike in on a day off because I had some issues with my gears not changing properly. Toby was friendly and and quickly put my bike on the stand so that he could work out what was wrong. Toby also suggested parts that could benefit from being replaced. I cycle to work every day and this is my main form of transport so I appreciated Toby' advice and suggestions on other parts without any pressure to get them there and then. I also had a Tune Up service. When I got the bike back it was great to ride a silent bike again! Thank you :)
