Bike was not as advertised, still limited to 17mph when turned off on a pedal assisted bike.Paid cash on the spot as offered discount over finance. Got 100 off.Rode bike for 10minutes, under a mile and noticed this issue. They were not compliant whatsoever in a return or swap and the owner was rude upon speaking to him and i feel he took advantage of the assymetric information surrounding comsumer law due to my age at the timeThe owner tried to incinuate i wasnt using the bime properly and lacked the skill to use it to its potential anyway. I explained that id hit 48mph down bitterne dual carriage way previously (on an orbea not bought from here)And had the strava data to show, he tried to just laugh it off. Would go spend my hard earned cash absolutely anywhere else!Now i laugh as i read your poor reviews
I've been bringing my mountain bike here for maintenance for years and have always found all the staff including management and mechanics to be really friendly and helpful. They've recently been particularly helpful and reasonable with regards to fixing my hydraulic disk brakes.

Rude staff members, I would stay away from this shop completely if I were you. I've been here on multiple occasions now and on each time it was an unpleasant experience. Every time the staff and by the looks of it they are the owners were useless and unprofessional. I went in there and asked if he could take a look at the inner plate of my chain, his first response was to grab my bicycle from me without consent and an abrupt and rude tone said "pick it up tomorrow,bye"
As a total amateur road bike owner who commutes every day I've had my fair share of punctures over the last few years and this morning I turned up on their doorstep 10 minutes before they were due to open, very late for lectures... Manager let me in and replaced it himself - great customer service!
