I cannot praise GIANTS excellent service too highly in their sale of my super-powerful, high-capacity TRANCE E+2 PRO Mountain Bike, which they were able to enhance even further with ten additional hi-tech accessories to improve my ability to cruise in an upright position without difficulty up and down the steep, bumpy grassy slopes and negotiate the gaps between the many rows of beautifully sunlit, autumnal trees at our local Country Park seen in the photo.
Very Poor. Took in my Scott Scale in for some general maintenance and additional jobs. Received a phone call on the day it was ready at about 1030. Collected. Took for a quick spin and immediately noticed that the right grip was not tight, nor was the mechanism to adjust suspension. I was unable to tighten as did not have the tool. Phone call to Giant who had no explanation as to how missed. Later established damage to new bar ends and missing caps from new parts that I supplied to them.No apology or phone call from manager. No apology to the wife when she went in to collect caps. Rubbish.
Lazy, arrogant and slow with some very questionable anger issues when challenged! It was fun winding you up! Lol

I live in Christchurch but make the 45 minute trip to Giant Southampton for several reasons. The staff are friendly..knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. There is a great range of gear and equipment and of course the bikes. I can't recommend this store and staff highly enough. Micky..Andy...Chris and Alan are a credit to manager Nigel!!
