NEVER answer the phone....
Had a tooth extracted here and I was so worried as I hate the dentist but after this experience My nerves have calmed a lot. The receptionist is lovely and bubbly makes you feel very welcome! Ayesha and her team made me so calm and relaxed. The procedure took longer than expected as it was difficult to remove but during the process Ayesha and her colleague kept me calm:) Only thing Id recommend is a radio as it was a bit silent:) Would recommend to sign up here!!

Avoid this cowboy DENTIST like the plague! Do not sign up because it's close to home, your better off going else where! They take 5 pound deposit with out a receipt cost me 15 pound for me and children even tho we are entitled for free treatment. Was ment to get the deposit back but never did. They make your teeth worse, get you in quick mess up ur teeth even more, don't even do what they say there going to do and get u out quick ready for next patient. The cap on my tooth is a different colour to my tooth! And because of that I have no confidence and really hate smiling because it is so obvious. Got a abscess after a filling. No pride in there work what so ever! It's all rushed and pure laziness! It is very unclean. I was being seen, my daughter was sat in room with me and she was the next patient.. the dentist helper didn't even clean up properly after me. So gods know if they even clean when you leave ready for next patient to go up. Also they mess up your referrals and delay them and by the time you get it you have to get refereed again! Not only my referrals but my daughters also. They is no communication but that is not a surprise because every time I go to this dentist the grumpy stuck-up receptionist is sat on her mobile phone and she is very rude! I thought maybe she having a bad day but no i think this is her as person as every time I've been, she been the same and other people have also mentioned this about her that used to go to this dentist. The dentist really should consider getting new staff and get more training! Don't deserve one star but had to put out this review to warn people of this awful dentist... get a bus or drive to another don't sign up because it is close to get to like I did.. this place will ruin your teeth! And mess you around
Lovely dentist thank you so much for you patience with my phobia, i was terrified of going after 14yrs.Had two fillings without even having the jabs Highly recommended 5*
