Awful dentist always canceling appointments with very little notice. I had Band 3 treatment in May/June and I was told now in December that the dentist didn't close the treatment off and I was asked to pay the remaining 198 in full 2 weeks before Xmas, when they should have realized their mistake back in the summer!!Also to finish things off I had a filling that took 1 hour for the dentist to fill!!! It fell out after 3 weeks, when I asked for a refund (as I'm anxious about going to the dentist as it is) I was told by the Manager that the dentist could only re do the filling and they couldn't offer a refund. The only reason they have NHS spaces at this dental practice is that they have so many patients leaving, read the reviews on their website before registering, you have be warned.

they have now cancelled my appointment 4 times so this means i have not had a check up for almost 18 months. terrible service send texts saying if i cancel an appointment it costs 40 but they are happy to keep cancelling.
I would seriously consider looking elsewhere if you going to register with a practice. Can never get through for an appointment, as they always seem to be short staffed at the reception. Reception team are lovely considering the pressures they are under, also with the manager they have. Hes very rude and also narrow minded. He insinuated something very shocking over the phone to me, after a telephone conversation on how to improve there service - which he was not prepared to listen to and very rudely talked over me. I have removed all of my family from this practise. Please think twice before signing up and do your research.
I waited nearly 40 minutes for my appointment, and ended up having to leave because the wait was so long. No one bothered to give me an update on the wait time. Terrible service.
