I have been to this dentistry in early december 2018. Appointment was on time, quick and I was very happy with the service and the permanent filling on my tooth. NOW, not even 2 months have passed and the filling came out togheter with a bit of my tooth. Been there on friday and after insisting they gave an appointment for saturday afternoon. Receptionist advised me I need to pay for the filling again, as the dentist that has done the job does not work there any longer. Even tought I don't think was correct, I finnaly agreed to pay. I also received sms confirming appointment. When I arrived at 2pm on saturday for the 3pm appointment, I was advised the dentist could not see me any longer. Receptionist not offered any other alternative and she was very rude. I then been to a nearby dentistry which saw me the next day, sunday, and put a temporary filling.
Went to this dentist as my other dentist wouldnt see me for 6 months and was in pain . Paid for X-rays to be done and told one side I needed an extraction but the other side could be saved just needed to see the hygienist so paid for those which was fine. After all this was still in pain on the side that I was told the hygienist would sort this pain out so returned for a review on the work I had done previously and to tell him I was still in pain. So he took another X-ray which I was then charged again and then told there isnt anything that could be done as it was a gum problem. So I looked for a periodontist who asked for my X-ray to be sent to them so wouldnt have to pay again . I got a print out which wasnt a good enough standard so I returned and asked for them to be sent to me digitally via email which the woman on reception told me she would get her superior to do it the next day well a month later I still havent received them. Also now been to a private dentist who did another X-ray and found a hole in my tooth which now Im am wondering how they have managed to miss this. Bad enough missed it the first time round but been charged for 2 lots of X-rays and you miss it twice . That isnt good enough in my opinion.
Had to change 3 appointments due to work commitments and because of this I have been removed from the records and no longer registered. When I changed the appointments no one told me I could only change 2 appointments within a 3 year period. Due to your poorly trained staff who do not inform you of these things I no longer have a dentist.
Got an appointment really quickly. Receptionist was nice. Dentist was very polite and reassuring and sorted out my pain quickly. Will definitely be returning.
Ive just recently used this dental practice for the first time and to be honest the only thing that seemed good was the receptionists, the dentist was not very helpful and hardly explained or said anything to me, I have explained what another dentist (from another practice)has done to me already and they seemed as though they werent really listening, didnt even check the tooth properly, or even asked questions about it, just looked at it quickly, i was also expecting them to at least put another temp filling so Im comfortable, now I got to struggle to eat and drink until my next appointment which is in about 5 days time, not a very good first time experience, kind of worried about the next appointment, I hope it goes well, I get nervous as it is at dentistsEdit: ok so went to the appointment and this time it went really well, the computers are a little slow to get info to the dentist, but the dentist did a good job, made sure I was comfortable and wasnt in any pain and didnt rush this time, and explained a bit and gave info to me on how I should look after the extracted area
