Never had to wait that long for anything, process usually takes minutes.Made a return/exchange today which was technically outside of the returns policy, as the product had been opened and used. However, I explained that from the website, I felt as if I had been mis-sold the product due to false/misleading information.Terry was happy to listen to the query and agreed with me. Then made a hassle-free exchange after I explained my point of view. This was refreshing, as so many other places are stuck so rigidly to their returns policy, without bearing in mind plausible circumstances. I know of so many other places who would have just said 'shouldn't have opened it without double checking first then.' Positive experience as a customer, and happy to return again.(P.S. the blonde girl who pointed me in her manager's direction was great too!)
Always a good place to start looking for the price of any goods. If you do decide to buy there, you can get some good buys. Fairly quick service.

Large store fast service. Some goods on show like sofas and furnishings you can pay by card on a fast service till which most days means no queing.
