i have only used this store twice and each time the staff were really unhelpful and both times the store was almost empty of customers.If this is their attitude when the store is quiet i wouldnt like to see their attitude when the store gets busy!The staff have a really bad attitude it seems they cant be bothered to even serve customers let alone help them!!! Its my perception that Argos are more interested in growing their online business and are not so interested in the customers in the retail side.I feel the shops now are just a token thing to maintain the Argos name on the High street and their main business focus is online,well if this attitude towards customers persists they will discourage people from using their stores.I certainly wont be using this store again i will return to online shopping and i wont be buying from Argos online on principle i will be buying from good old Amazon as Amazon really understand the importance of good customer service!!! Just tried to phone store to speak to a manager to give some feedback i was promised he would ring me back he didnt bother so no wonder the staff have a bad attitude it comes from the top down!!!!
Always found that the staff here are helpful. There can be a wait when busy but what do you expect. The staff are always on the move
