Clean store staff very helpful
Great service at this argos set in sainsburys lordshill, the staff are always prompt and pleasant very helpful.

Don't waste your time in this store. Staff have become unfriendly and don't seem to want to be there. Seems there has been a shift in the managers as well. Havnt shop in store since December but started again.recently.and don't see the tattooed manager anymore. Was the only one who always had a smile and was ready to help. Can't say a lot about the others. One is incompetent. The other is Rude and racist and there is also an assistant manager short Fat little man with an attitude. Avoid this store you will be greeted with much better customer service in any other Argos in town. Items also seem to be damages here. Ive had to return more than one product as when I got it home it had been opened and used before and just resealed. Personally I won't be using this store again.
Wow. What a disappointent. Been shopping with Argos for years. But this store is the exact opposite of what a retail store should be. The staff are completely incompetent. And so are the managers. On more than one visit I have heard staff being shouted at. The service is terrible over 10 minute wait for my item. The cashier who served me at my last visit couldn't even get the till process right.and had to call someone over to assist her. She was also really loud and tried force selling me Insurance. Don't waste your time here. Rather go to totton
